It seems to me that Twitch Staff ignores reports made by users to report a violation of the TOS by a streamer/viewer.
If you have the same opinion, please react to this post with your example or expierence. I am curious how many users share my opinion.
Some known examples:
- A streamer impersonating as a known developer (mass reported). -Section 13: Article 1, Subsection D, Article 2, Subsection D
- A streamer breaking rules involving sexual chat and partial nudity to viewers (including minors). -Section 13, Article 2, Subsection C
- A streamer exploiting minors (without supervision) by tricking them into subscribing. - Section 13: Article 1, Subsection F, H and I, Article 2, Subsection A
- Minors confirming to be without supervision. -Section 2
- A user impersonating as a Twitch staff member -Section 13: Article 1, Subsection D, Article 2, Subsection D
- Exclusively streaming non-game content (music) -Report option, not clarified in TOS
Not disclosing the streamers involved, but they are still active, breaking the TOS (and obviously been reported).
