why is Totalbiscuit allowed to having a weekly non-gaming podcasts of 3 hours and charge people subscriptions to access it, while labeling them as "game sessions" for obscure game titles as if to avoid showing up on the catalog of popular games and bringing attention for people to then ask why someone is doing nothing but talking for 3 hours and not actually playing any games, thus non-gaming content?
there is no "talk show" or "podcast" category for streams, you've stated multiple times its not allowed and to take those broadcasts to Ustream or other sites (Youtube)
it specifically states in the TOS that "its okay to chat for a few minutes with your fans, but the majority of your stream should be gaming" and there are several FAQs here that bring up similar issues where twitch admins specifically state its not allowed
hes abusing the subscription format because Ustream and Youtube ect.. dont have any paywall systems of the sorts which is why he doesnt stream there.
