ok, so a while back I visited a channel (twitch.tv/dirtyjellybeanz) and he was doing a raffle. Now, he said every follower is entered automatically, but if you donate X amount of dollars your name goes on the list X amount of times more. So, wanting to win, I donated. I ended up winning the raffle, gave the jerkoff my information and haven't heard from him since. I haven't seen him stream or come onto steam for a while. I just want to know if there is anything I can do? I mean, I didn't lose out on alot of money, but basically he ripped me off in a sense.... this is the first time this has ever happened to me and I've won alot of things via twitch giveaways.
